i'm flying

if what peter pan said were true, that when you think of happy thoughts you can fly, i'd probably be anywhere in the world right now, or just hovering outside your window.

nothing can compare to my recent boracay trip with my HS friends. its true what they say about friends you've grown with, and that is they are the ones who know you the most. i had the most relaxing fun time in bora. there weren't much people, we had the best accommodations and most importantly i had my friends with me.

being with HS friends is different because they have been there with you through the forming years. also, even if college and the real world has somehow changed me from who i was back then, they know that deep down inside, the person i was in hs is still who i am now. with them, i never needed to pretend. and also with them, i'm brave enough to try anything! kaya nga talagang super fun ang trip! plus, with them, i feel the genuine care, concern and love for each other kaya nga my parents didn't question the trip much for they know all of us! and the most important thing of all, with them i feel beautiful! sila yung super supportive na lagi akong sinasabihang maganda ako at wala na akong kelangan pang patunayan sa mundo! kung minsan iniisip ko nga na ok lang naman maging single kasi andiyan sila eh.. kinukumpleto na nila ang mundo ko..

what's even more amazing? is that even though we have new sets of college and office barkadas and that we seldom see each other as we wanted to, wala parin nagbabago. tila parang kahapon lang kami huling nagkita pag kami'y nagkakasama sama.

and because of that trip, i was up in the clouds the whole week. its really a breather to be with them.. ibang klaseng high tlga! i know that we'll all be friends till we're lolas! daming chikahan, daming adventures, daming kwentuhan, daming tawanan. yan ang magiging buhay ko habang kapiling ko sila! happiness talaga!

One downer is Tina's absence sa bora!
